Dear Angels and Gailynn,

Asking for healing and transformation in my living situation.  My upstairs neighbor is up days and nights on end, literally, her music shaking my bed, vibrating my floors and body. Overhead treadmill running is 24×7 too.  I have asked for 8 years, she is deliberate in her actions, using profanity etc.
