Dear Gailynn & Angels,

My sister M is able to fall asleep but not stay asleep for more than a few hours.

A chronic lack of adequate rest, a history of deeply upsetting events as a first grader, the fallout from Hurricane Helene, the sudden unexpected death of our sister E, along with a stressful job – are taking their toll, physically, mentally & emotionally.

Please bring feelings of safety, peace & love from the Divine Mother so her CNS can calm and allow deep restorative rest night after night.
