Please bring clarity to me and my partners situation with purchasing our first house together. 

Circumstances with the seller are confusing and sensing some reluctance from her end. Please bring light to her situation and assit her with finding a property that she will find joy in so my partner and I can move forward and start a new chapter in our life in the sellers house that we want to purchase. The house is perfect for a lifestyle change and give the space that our lives require.
