Please help assist me with completely clearing invasive thoughts out of my mind & energy field. Thank you. 
Please ease grief in my heart and help me complete deep healing of my past teenage years. Help me find forgiveness of my past choices and love for myself during the loss of innocence. Help me find forgiveness & love towards my mom for not being there for me when I really needed a wise woman. May I integrate these years and find peace within.
