Dear Gailynn & Angels:  Please help my 12 year old student Ro find the best living situation.  One parent has been detained and the other has seemingly abandoned him.  The situation is untenable. There is outside agency involvement, and familial fear of becoming involved with an agency. If he is not successfully placed with the relative of his choice, I fear he will spiral.
