Dear Angels, 

I’m asking for help with a serious ongoing situation regarding upstairs neighbor who runs on a treadmill day and all night long, and has music on for weeks on end – vibrating everything in my home, my body too.  I’m up for consecutive nights often, with zero sleep.  Nothing so far has worked.
