Please pray for my husband Terrence. He has been at his company for 14 yrs and now they are going through layoffs. He has been unhappy for many years but feels like he’s too old and to out of date technology wise to find a new job outside of the company. He knows he should be looking for jobs but he’s too paralyzed with fear to do anything. Please give Terrence clarity about whether he should stay at this company or if he might be happier at a new organization. Please let him see he’s not too old or out of date to get a new job.
