I know I just wrote last week, but things are progressing.  My 18 yr old daughter who passed out at college and was taken to the ER has seen a cardiologist.  It was discovered she has an enlarged right ventricle and we are waiting for insurance to clear her for a cardiac MRI.  Currently she is wearing a heart monitor for the next two weeks.  I’m praying she doesn’t need another surgery.  But really nothing will be clear until the MRI is completed. She’s traveling for a mock trial competition this weekend and I’m both happy for her and scared.  It could well be a blessing in disguise that she passed out because now we are aware of a cardiac change, but still in the weeds of the unknown for a few more weeks.

I haven’t been so frightened by the unknown for a very long time.  May my daughter know health, peace, love and joy. Thank you.
