Please give clear, obvious guidance and assistance to my husband and me regarding all aspects and options of the upcoming need to change our housing situation, including, as much as for the Highest Good, removing the fears and doubts related to it.

If it’s necessary for this angel request to be more specific and narrowed down, then please apply it especially to whether or not it’s best for us to buy the house that we’re currently renting; and if so, whether or not to do a Land Sale contract with the owner as opposed to a conventional mortgage, and what would be for the Highest Good in terms of all the specifics of that Land Sale contract or mortgage.

And if it’s not for the Highest Good for us to buy this place at all, then please give as clear and obvious of guidance and assistance for where and what other option is for the Highest Good, including what financial arrangement, etc.
