Dear Angels

I ask your help to clear and repair what has happened .. I spoke in very negative way about my companion to my friend. My thoughts and words arose from a bit paranoidic place where i had started to demonize him. And then the situation escalated in a way that my friend said even more serious accuses about him.

Now I feel very bad/sad/guilt of the negativity that i have generated and bursted out. And also the negative thoughts and words that my friend shared about him. 

Dear Angeles I ask your help to clear and repair all the negativity and the negative energy, thoughts/words and astral imprints that i have created and generated and that this has caused. Help me to find right words when communicating with my friend about this. 

And from now on… help me to be an adult and act more respective and loving way. And help me to not to get lost into negativity and madness.
