Dear Angels

Please help me to become back into myself, in my own energy/space, core and power.

I am overwhelmed by the breakup with my boyfriend and being triggered by the relationship with my sister (which is activating old trauma/unhealthy and sick family dynamics which are there by lack of healthy boundaries).

Please help me to detach from my unhealthy dynamich and patterns within the relationship with my sister and our family. 

Please help me to be connected/rooted in my own space/energy and center/core. Please help me to feel safe and rooted in my power.
