My nephew writes grants and does other forms of fundraising for a non profit.  He was late submitting a grant application, and as a result, his agency wasn’t considered for a grant they have received in the past.  This means two employees will lose their jobs.

He has been really struggling  with this.  I’m quite concerned for him, and the guilt he is experiencing, and how this guilt will affect him moving forward.  He’s been demoted, and is taking a significant pay cut.  He’s raised millions for this agency over the years.  Please offer up blessings and assistance where it’s needed for him and the agency.
