Please help my mother with her emotional and mental health issues. So that she is able to make adult decisions that are not coming from a place of trauma and separation. 

Please help her to become aware of how destructive her behaviour is to herself and to those in contact with her.

I ask your help with my relationship with J. 

Help me to be more strongly connected with and rooted in my truth and power. Help me to choose myself and my truth . This is huge transformation for me. Help me with it, please .

And help me to stay open and connected and relate from a place of love.

Help us to understand each others better and really learn to listen and see each others. Help us not to fight but to co create. Help us to relate from a place of love.

Both of my coaches informed me that they don’t think I should have children because I am too old. Yet this is why I hired them- to help me build a family. Please help me find a network to support me having a mate and my own family. For my career and family/romance help guide me to always find the right and capable, qualified people who are aligned with my goals.  Please help me overcome all insecurity/issues regarding age and my health.  Please help me to be independent, trust myself launch my own business and website and write cohesive scenes, develop my own strategies for success without so much dependence on others. Please help me be successful leading the book club today, I am cramming a lot.  Please help guide me so that I enjoy the writing process and my career and enjoy working on my own and I have success.  Please guide me to work closer to the angels and less dependent on other people. 

Dear angels,

Please help me get out of the cycle of abusive relationships. Help me let go of the people who I’ve been in trauma bonds with, and please help me get into healthy, intimate relationships.

Please help J with breathing.  His diagnosis of ALS happened earlier this year.  Strengthen his system.  Empower him on all BMS levels to benefit from the research trial he’s participating in @ Duke Hospital.  Infuse him with Unconditional Self Love.  Support his family as they care for him.

Please watch over my mom as she undergoes Deep Brain Stimulation surgery today. Guide the surgeon and the entire medical team with wisdom and steady hands to give her the best possible outcome. 

Give my mom strength, peace, and comfort through this process. Ease any pain or fear she may feel, and let this temporary hardship lead to healing and a better quality of life.

Please bring her safely through surgery and recovery. I also ask that you give strength and comfort to everyone around her during this time.
